What the site may process

Like most websites, the hosting service may process basic technical information needed to deliver the site securely, such as IP address, browser details and server logs.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and which outbound affiliate links are clicked. Analytics only starts after you choose to allow it. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it.

External services

Product images may be loaded from retailer-hosted services, including Amazon. The site also uses externally hosted web fonts and, if you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4. When you follow a retailer link, you leave The Knitter’s Notions and that retailer’s own privacy and cookie policies apply.

What we do not do

The site currently has no customer accounts, public comments or checkout. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
